Boyega is married

John Boyega is one of my favorite Star Wars actor. In the Force Awakens, he proved to be passionate and caring for those around him. He really liked Rey (played by Daisy Ridley). With that said, it became public that he’s been married for the past two years and that they are expecting a child.

It’s been reported by “People” that they had a “small ceremony”. I sure hope that there were some Star Wars actors at the wedding. It doesn’t have to be a wedding that’s far, far, away.

He recently lost his friend, so it’s perfect timing for him to have more family members as time goes on. He has admitted that it feels funny that he’s married. Nonetheless, he has added that he’s “filled with love”.

So, a question that many Star Wars fans are asking is: Who is he married to? Well, he is married to Lashontae Heckard. She is none other than a former actress. She is 14 years older than John. Many will say that “age is just a number”. She is from South Korea.

This is bound to be one of the most intriguing Star Wars relationships. Many wish it was like Twilight where John and Daisy date off the screen. Well, that isn’t the case.

John hasn’t officially returned to Star Wars, but he has had discussions with LucasFilm President Dave Filoni about a potential comeback. A potential comeback with John may not be as legendary as Luke Skywalker returning at the end of “Rise of Skywalker”, but it would draw a lot of positive buzz.
