Rotta the Hunt recap

There is a lot of diverse characters in Star Wars. You would have to be Amish to not know that Star Wars is a colorful franchise. With that said, we all know “The Mandalorian and Grogu” recently hit theaters. One of the main characters is none other than “Rotta the Hut”.

Rotta fights against weak prey in a ring. The crowd loves him, which gives him the energy to keep fighting. It’s similar to the Hulk fighting others in a stadium in the film, “Thor: Ragnarok”.

Jon Favreau says the movie-level budget for ‘THE MANDALORIAN & GROGU’ allowed them to bring creatures to life on a scale not seen in the series.

We have a taste of Rotta.

What else should we know about him? Well, we know he’s the son of Jabba the Hut. He says in the film that people feared his dad, but they cheer for him. Either way, Jabba and Rotta have blood lust.

Rotta is a bit ignorant. The Madalorian knows that Rotta will face constant enemies until he dies in his last fight. Rotta refuses to believe this until it’s too late. Thankfully, the two survive the onslaught.

Rotta is played by Jeremy Allen White. White is young in the Star Wars world. He is only 35. We’re accustomed to seeing him act in comedies, believe it or not. He will also be in “The Social Reckoning” in 2026!

I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing a series with Rotta. We know he has a lot of strength, but he also has a lot of heart. He also gets along well with Grogu. After all, Grogu saved his life.
